I contact you about Latvian citizen Ansis Ataols B\u0113rzi\u0146\u0161 <\/strong>asking You to grant Ataols B\u0113rzi\u0146\u0161 political asylum in the Czech Republic.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

I, Valdis Freimantals<\/strong>, members of the Latvian human rights advocacy group \u201cHelsinki-86<\/strong>\u201d, was an eyewitness of the events of 13 January in Riga and I testify on the crimes committed by Latvian law enforcement agencies against Latvian patriots who were rightfully upset with the enslavement contracts signed by the government with IMF, that have forced hundreds of thousands of citisens into early death and out of their country.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

I am a defender of democracy and a fighter for the restoration of justice in Latvia.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

For 24 years the Latvian Ministry of Justice is carrying out crimes combating the restorers of democracy, who try to stop the anti-latvian activities of the communist and the KGB\u00a0 nomenklatura in Latvia<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the most powerful patriots is Ansis Ataols B\u0113rzi\u0146\u0161.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

The political asylum claim in the Czech Republic is necessary for Ansis Ataol Berzins,<\/strong> because in Latvia the repressive Communist and KGB government apparatus of the courts is opressing the true patriot of Latvia (as was Ilmars Drullis, the head of the Riga Latvian Society in 1993., and Vilis Kalejs, the leader of the Riga Latvian Society guard, where the judge Cense made deliberately unjust judgment in the case of armed occupation of Latvian Society thar over through the elected patriots and installed KGB marionetts<\/strong> that are in charge still ).<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

We pledge the acute need to grant political asylum to Ansis Ataols Berzins <\/strong>in the Czech Republic, because communal forces in Latvia are brutally murderous against democratically-minded patriots in Latvia. There is along row of sudden deaths of patriots like just to mention some \u2013 are recemtly in September late Konstantins Pupurs, and even patriots like Laimonis Purs Strazdi\u0146\u0161 (killed 2016. Nov.), Indulis Ronis (killed 2016.g. Nov. ), etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

The creation of a legal and democratic state is Latvia’s need No.1. The patriotism of Ansis Ataols Berzins<\/strong> is honorable but the regime is chasing him to scare people into submission of tyranny. Ansis Ataols Berzins<\/strong> dares to speak up against unlawfulness of crimes commited by the Communists and the KGB <\/span><\/strong>collaborating <\/span>with the government against the Latvian families and all the people.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ansis Ataols Berzins’<\/strong> Life in Latvia is in great danger!<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

The family of Ansis Ataolas Berzins<\/strong> is ruined, his 3 young children suffer from all kinds of administrative terror in Latvia.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Since February 18, 1993 when the lawfully restored activity of the Riga Latvian Society was stopped brutally and unlawfully (with the structure of power by the armed invasion of the Riga Latvian Society House at Mer\u0137e\u013ca Street 13), thus also preventing Latvian Society to be restored to operate on the basis of the 1938 statute \u2013 the very base of the state was stopped from being restaured.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

We did an attempt and restaured Latvian Society again, this time in a land farm in Ropa\u017ei in Latvia. But even this society was destroyed by the outrageously unhuman Latvian courts and the indigenous Rietuma family, who managed it, has been forced to flee Latvia escaping arranged arrest terror for its leader Ditta Rietuma \u2013 a patriot that is being haunted by the regime of Latvia.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

The official number of suicides in Latvia around 2005 was 10.000 men and women! But regime is a mass murder system with hundreds of thousands of victims. Every man and woman who dye in Latyvia are known to be dying too early as the medical care is outrageous.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Ansis Ataols B\u0113rzi\u0146\u0161<\/strong> is an exceptional honorable scientist and culture treasure bearer. He would be an excellent king and would know how to create democratic and just order and that is why he is being haunted. Ansis Ataols B\u0113rzi\u0146\u0161<\/strong> cannot continue its social and scientific activities in a non-discriminatory way in Latvia and even his life is in danger!<\/span><\/p>\n
